Chaplain Dennis Peters of Hillsdale, WI offers an enlightening morning with Blue Hills UU’s as part of their ongoing project in considering spiritual growth from many sources. Sunday March 15th, Ch. Dennis will share an overview of Hinduism, one of history’s most ancient traditions.
Noting that “As one of the oldest major religions in the world, Hinduism dates back thousands of years, with a best guess that texts and practices date from approximately 1500 BCE – 3,500 years ago!” Peters finds that it is also the third largest of all religions, with up to 1.2 billion followers. All are invited to journey back in discovering an important branch of the past.
Each third Sunday of the month, Blue Hills Unitarians host a pot luck after the service, urging members & guests to stay awhile; bring a dish to pass and enjoy time for camaraderie & nourishment.

Everyone is welcome at Blue Hills UU services 10 a.m. Sunday mornings, 230 W. Messenger St. in Rice Lake and also on Zoom – link may be requested from bradljt@auburn.edu.
