Rev Terry Cummings will lead Sunday’s Service at Blue Hills Unitarian Universalist fellowship March 29th. Delving into the concept of “The Lionheart Within us”, Rev Cummings explains that “Few people will forget the image of the “tank man” of Tiananmen Square, who risked his life during a protest demonstration in China.” The actual identity of Tank Man has never been revealed.
We have seen protests in our own country this past year where people have risked their lives to express their opposition to government policy. Rev. Terry will share her reflections on ways in which our human spirit moves us to take risks and endure danger, despite threats to oneself.
