Rev Jo Greene will zoom in to be with us this coming Sunday at Blue Hills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, to inquire “What Fills You Up?” in times of need. She observed that we’ve found many types of actions to fill times of anxiety or angst, or when we feel as if we are running on empty. Some go shopping, others turn to overeating or spending hours on line – but have we found these actions have actually helped us? What might we replace them with?
Are there healthier behaviors we could adopt to strengthen ourselves when we feel the need to fill an emptiness within? Sunday morning, let us explore ways to fill the darkness using tools that enrich our lives. There really is a way.

All are welcome at Blue Hills UU services 10 a.m. Sunday mornings, 230 W. Messenger St. in Rice Lake and also on Zoom – the link may be requested from patriciashifferd@gmail.com.
