Blue Hills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship welcomes Rev. Dan Frye once again, to conduct our Sunday service on June 14th via Zoom. Addressing “Juneteenth”, he declares that the “Juneteenth reflection explores the long and painful journey from slavery towards freedom, while inviting us to consider what true liberation, dignity, and justice continue to require of us today.
“Together, we will remember a pivotal moment in American history, honor the resilience of those who endured oppression, and reflect upon our continuing moral and spiritual responsibility to widen the circle of human belonging.” All are invited to take part in his reflection and discussion period following.
